研究组长: 詹帅

詹帅,博士,研究员,博士生导师。2010年毕业于中国科学院上海生命科学研究院植物生理生态研究所;2010-2014年在美国马萨诸塞大学医学院(UMASS Medical School)神经生物学系从事博士后研究;2014年3月起在中科院上海植物生理生态研究所任研究员、研究组长。主要从事昆虫适应性进化研究,利用经典遗传学、群体遗传学、基因组学和生物信息等手段,系统研究适应性进化驱动的昆虫种群分化与物种形成、探究昆虫在适应环境过程中复杂行为和复杂性状的形成机制和演化模式。研究成果先后发表在NatureCellNature Ecology & EvolutionNature CommunicationsCell ResearchMolecular Ecology and BiologyThe ISME JournalNucleic Acids ResearchDevelopment等国际学术期刊。入选国家海外高层次人才引进(青年)计划,获基金委优秀青年科学基金项目、中科院前沿科学重点研究项目等资助。

研究方向:
(1)昆虫在种群水平的适应性进化,解析复杂性状(行为)形成的分子机制;
(2)昆虫基因组进化与比较基因组研究,解析大尺度演化格局;
(3)重要昆虫物种的基因组和功能基因组研究。
