研究兴趣:

糖不仅是生物体物质与能量代谢的基础,也是重要的信号源。糖(营养)信号参与了植物几乎所有的生长发育过程、调控了数千个基因的表达、与植物激素等信号途径密切互作。水稻是不仅是重要的主粮作物,也是单子叶植物的模式。我们实验室通过分子遗传学、植物生理学等手段,揭示糖(营养)信号调控植物生长发育和基因表达的分子机理,克隆水稻叶绿体发育以及产量、品质和养分效率相关的重要基因或QTL,研究其功能。目前,实验室研究集中在:1)糖-ABA信号途径中以ANAC060为枢纽的调控网络;2)TOR参与的糖信号对植物器官发育的调控机理;3)糖信号调控光合相关基因表达的分子机理;4)控制水稻叶绿体发育以及产量、品质和养分效率等重要性状的基因或QTL的克隆和功能研究。
