研究组长:苗雪霞 研究员

苗雪霞,博士,研究员,博士生导师。1988年毕业于河南农业大学植物保护专业,获学士学位;1995年于河南农业大学应用微生物专业,获硕士学位;2002年于中国科学院上海生命科学研究院动物学专业,获博士学位。2002-2005年,上海生命科学研究院植物生理生态研究所副研究员,从事家蚕功能基因组研究。2005-2006年,法国巴黎南大学从事博士后研究。2007年被聘为中国科学院上海生命科学研究院植物生理生态研究所研究员,从事植物与昆虫相互作用关系研究。目前已经申请国家发明专利9项,其中4项国际专利,获上海市自然科学二等奖一项,在PNAS, Molecular Plant, New Phytologist, Plant Cell & Envirn等杂志发表研究论文30余篇。


主要研究方向及内容:

1)植物内源抗虫基因的生物学功能及分子调控机理。以水稻-稻飞虱为研究对象,以水稻抗虫种质资源和水稻突变体为研究材料,通过抗虫基因克隆、功能验证及抗虫机理分析,研究基因的生理功能及其参与的代谢调控网络,阐明其抗虫的分子机理,验证水稻的抗虫性与产量、品质间的关系,为抗虫基因在水稻育种之中的应用提供理论依据。

2)害虫防治关键靶标基因的作用机理及应用研究。以亚洲玉米螟、棉铃虫等重要农业害虫为研究对象,利用高通量测序技术获得害虫生长发育过程中的关键调控基因,研究这些基因的生理功能及其在害虫防治中的作用机理,探索将靶标基因应用于害虫无公害防治的可行性。

最近研究进展:

揭示了乙烯和茉莉酸信号途径相互应答介导水稻响应刺吸式昆虫的机制

乙烯(EthyleneET)和茉莉酸(Jasmonic acid JA)信号传导途径在介导植物响应生物胁迫的过程中发挥着重要作用,两种信号途径在介导植物抗病过程中的相互应答也多有揭示。在植物抵御刺吸式昆虫取食的过程中,ETJA之间是否存在相互作用,以及相互作用的机理如何,尚缺乏研究。褐飞虱是以刺吸式的方式专一性取食水稻的害虫,对水稻生产危害严重。遗传分析表明,ET信号途径的信号分子,OsEBF1 OsEIL1分别正调控和负调控水稻抗褐飞虱。分子和生化分析表明,二者之间存在直接的相互作用,OsEBF1能够通过泛素化途径介导OsEIL1的降解,说明ET信号途径负调控水稻抗褐飞虱。RNA-seq的数据表明,oseil1突变体中 JA信号途径的基因OsLOX9,被显著下调。生化分析证明了OsEIL1蛋白对OsLOX9基因的直接转录调控。研究揭示了JAET信号途径协同负调控水稻对刺吸式昆虫的抗性,OsEIL1蛋白对OsLOX9基因的直接转录调控介导了二者的协同性。OsEIL1-OsLOX9是介导ETJA信号途径相互应答的新的信号交叉位点。该研究结果发表在New Phytologist
