研究工作
昆虫的化学感受,尤其是精确的嗅觉感知,是其生存、繁衍以及生态行为多样性的重要保障之一。解析昆虫的嗅觉感知途径,构建重要的分子与细胞学基础框架,阐明嗅觉神经编码与调控机制能够为开发农业害虫绿色防控技术提供有力的理论依据。我们以蝗虫为研究对象,重点关注蝗虫的嗅觉编码机制以及化学感受的分子与细胞学基础等。
当前主要研究方向:
1、飞蝗高级嗅觉中枢的嗅觉编码机制
2、昆虫嗅觉系统“基因-神经-功能”演化规律
3、农业害虫嗅觉行为抑制剂的发掘与利用
主要成果
在中枢神经系统层面,发现了东亚飞蝗触角叶内“非典型”的环形嗅觉编码机制;在周缘神经系统层面,系统解析了沙漠蝗嗅觉受体和气味结合蛋白家族的空间定位特征,预测出信息素相关联蛋白家族。共计发表SCI论文12篇,相关研究成果发表在Cell,eLife,Frontiers in Physiology,Insects,International Journal of Biological Sciences,Journal of Pest Science等。
