研究工作

器官发育及稳态调控是个体生存的基础。昆虫器官发育的研究不仅可以揭示动物发育生物学的普遍性调控机制,还可以用来建立人类疾病模型以及发现新的害虫遗传治理方式。器官发育及稳态调控依赖器官本身的精细基因调控及器官间的交流互作。本课题组未来的研究将会以果蝇为模式,并结合家蚕和稻纵卷叶螟开展昆虫器官发育、代谢与交流方向的研究。以开发基因和蛋白质操控的新技术新方法为手段,解析昆虫重要器官(如丝腺、肾脏等)发育和调控的遗传机制。具体研究方向如下:
1)磷代谢与细胞器互作;
2)器官发育与器官间通讯调控;
3)基因表达和蛋白质操控新技术研究;
4)农业害虫遗传控制。
