研究工作

植物的免疫系统主要由植物细胞膜上的受体和细胞内的免疫受体组成。在自然界中,病菌实际上只能成功侵染少数种类的植物,对大多数种类的植物不具有致病性,这种天然有效的广谱抗性称之为非宿主抗性。本研究组综合多种研究手段包括植物遗传学和蛋白质结构生物学等以阐明植物细胞内免疫受体工作和非宿主抗性发生的分子机理。
